Project Management

Software is not made of code alone. In twenty years of project work I have led client projects, coordinated teams and supported clients in advisory and consulting mandates — from analysis and architecture decisions to ongoing development.

I am currently deepening this experience academically: in the master’s program European Studies — Management of EU Projects, focusing on the management of EU projects and funding programs.
